Spin, win and celebrate the festive spirit with our Christmas Cracker Spin the Wheel promotion at Metropolitan Mayfair.

Terms & Conditions

The promotion will run from 16 to 31 December 2024 and is only open to Met Card holders.
Spin token can be collected daily at Reception from 2pm, limited to one spin token per customer per day.
Spin tokens can be exchanged at the designated prize wheel between 8pm and midnight during the promotional period.
There will be two prize wheels.
In exchange for the daily spin token each participant will firstly have one spin on wheel 1, should the participant land on a ‘Christmas Cracker’ segment they shall progress to wheel 2 to spin once to reveal the prize won.
On wheel 1, should the participant land on any segment other than a ‘Christmas Cracker’ the prize will be as displayed on the wheel (including no win) with no progression to wheel 2.
Each prize wheel will consist of 54 segments consisting of the following prizes:
Wheel 1 – 6 x Christmas Crackers, 9 x £50 Free Play, 16 x £25 Free Play, 13 x Glass of Bubbly and 10 x No Win.
Wheel 2 – 7 x £1,000 Free Play, 16 x £100 Free Play, 16 x £75 Free Play, and 15 x £50 Free Play.
Free Play can be redeemed at the Cash Desk in exchange for non-negotiable chips to be used on tables, or a promotional ticket for use on Slot machines.
Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for wheel or cash chips. The winning element of the pay-out will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is allowed.
Glass of Bubbly can be redeemed at the bar for a glass of Prosecco, non-alcoholic option available on request.
M Card holders are excluded from participating in the Christmas Cracker promotional activity.
Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in management cancelling prizes.
