New Year’s Eve Celebration

1. This event will take place on Tuesday 31st December 2024 from 8pm until late and is open only to Queen, King, Ace & HVC tier customers.
2. From 12:30am to 2:30am, each guest will have the chance to spin the prize wheel, the wheel will consist of 54 segments with the following prize: 12 x Unlucky, 10 x Glasses of bubbly, 12 x £5 Free Play, 9 x £10 Free Play, 7 x £15 Free Play , 2 x £50 Free Play, 2 x £100 Free Play.
3. The Digi wheel promotion will run at 12:30am for 2 hours.
4. Free Play can be redeemed in exchange for either non-negotiable chips to be used on tables, or a promotional ticket to be used on Slots or Electronics on the night. 5. If the customer wins a glass of bubbly, they can redeem it using a voucher at the main bar. Customers who prefer not to consume alcohol can request a non-alcoholic beverage as an alternative. 6. Non-negotiable chips are valid until lost and cannot be exchanged for cash or wheel chips. The winning element of the pay-out will be paid in cash chips. No partnership betting is allowed.
7. Only one spin per customer.
8. Only one prize per customer.
9. Met leisure card holders are excluded from participating in the Digi wheel promotion.
10. Entry constitutes acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
11. Any complaints or disputes should be brought to the immediate attention of Venue Management for resolution.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If participants have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, they will be entitled to participate in the promotion on the terms entered, (subject to any expiry or other conditions contained in these terms) and entitled to any benefits associated with the promotion.
13. Employees of the Promoter, their agents, families, or household members are prohibited from participating in this promotion.
14. Disregard or failure to meet any of these terms may result in the management cancelling prizes.
